In the picturesque Chelchele kebele in Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region, Tibebu Roba is a role model for smallholder farmers. He founded his coffee farm in 1982 and earned recognition from the coffee community with his commitment to quality. Tibebu's passion for coffee farming began in his childhood, when he helped his father on a farm in Dilla. After a career as an evangelical preacher, he discovered the beauty of Chelchele and acquired 8,298 hectares of land to realize his dream of growing coffee.
